Terms & Conditions
Effective From: February 17, 2026
Welcome to QNet Cables (“QNet,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our website works, what you can expect when you place an order, and what we expect from you in return.
We aim to keep our terms clear, fair, and easy to find so you can buy network cabling and accessories with confidence.
For Your Queries: Visit our Contact page or reach our support team before you order if anything here is unclear.
1) To whom these Terms apply
By browsing, creating an account, requesting a quote, or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms and any policies we link to (such as our Privacy Policy and Return Policy). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you have to confirm that you’re authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
2) About our website and what we sell
QNet sells connectivity products such as Ethernet cables (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a), fiber optic patch cables (singlemode/multimode), and cabling accessories.
All Product images and descriptions on our website are provided for your overview.
Product labelling, packaging, and minor design/style details may vary due to batch or manufacturer updates.
Compatibility on Customer End
The responsibility for compatibility will be solely on the customer. Kindly contact us before you order. We’ll help you verify fit, performance needs, and use-case details.
3) Accounts and acceptable use for accuracy
Your details (Customer’s)
You agree to provide updated and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. If your information is incomplete or looks fraudulent, we may pause or cancel an order to protect you and our store.
Safe and fair usage of the site
You agree not to:
- attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the website,
- misuse promotions or coupons,
- place orders using unauthorized payment methods,
- or use our site in a way that breaks applicable laws.
We may restrict access or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
4) Orders and order acceptance
When an order is “accepted.”
An order confirmation email usually means we received your order request. Your order is considered accepted when:
- payment is authorized and verified, and
- The order is approved for fulfillment.
When we may decline or cancel
We may decline, cancel, or limit an order if:
- An item is out of stock.
- If pricing or technical errors occur,
- payment cannot be authorized.
- Shipping restrictions apply to your address.
- Or we suspect fraud or policy abuse.
If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll issue a refund according to our Refund/Return process.
5) Pricing, taxes, and payment
Pricing
Prices can change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay at the moment you place the order, unless there’s an obvious error (for example, a misplaced decimal or a system glitch).
Currency
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at checkout (commonly USD, unless our site states otherwise).
Taxes and fees
Sales tax, VAT, duties, and other government charges (if applicable) may be added based on your location and the type of order. If you’re ordering from outside the United States, you’re responsible for any import fees or local charges unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Payment authorization
We generally do not ship until payment is authorized by your payment provider. In case your authorization is delayed for payments, your shipment may be pending/delayed.
6) Shipping, delivery estimates, and risk of loss
Delivery Processing & Carriers
We aim to ship quickly once your order is accepted. Delivery speeds shown on-site are estimates and begin after the carrier receives the package.
Tracking
If tracking is available, we’ll provide it by email or in your account. Carrier scans can take time to update, especially during peak seasons.
Shipping limitations and free shipping Policy
If free shipping is offered, it may exclude non-contiguous destinations (for example, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and may have minimum purchase requirements or product exclusions. Any final shipping cost and eligibility will be shown at checkout.
Correctness of Address
You’re responsible for input of the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require additional fees.
7) Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Returns are handled under our Return Policy (available on our website). That policy covers:
- return windows and eligibility,
- condition requirements,
- restocking fees (if any),
- and how refunds are issued.
Important: Some items may be non-returnable (for example, special orders, clearance items, or opened items that can’t be resold). Verify with our team before purchasing for clarity.
8) Product performance, warranties, and limits
Product specs and use
Network performance depends on installation, environment, hardware, and configuration. We can help you choose the right product, but we can’t guarantee performance in every setup.
Manufacturer warranties
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. If a warranty applies, you may need to work with the manufacturer directly for certain claims. We’ll help guide you when possible.
9) Cookies Preferences, Website Analytics
We care about data protection and handling. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and why.
