30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To meet the eligibility criteria, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included components.

The company will need proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must show no signs of wear & tear, installation, damage, or modification.

All accessories, cables, manuals, inserts, and packaging materials must be included.

Items returned incomplete or in used condition may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items are not eligible for return.

We will not accept any altered, damaged, or installed products after delivery.

Such items returned without prior authorization will be rejected.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive any order that is damaged or not functioning as intended, notify us promptly for a smooth return process.

Please provide your order number along with photos or a video clearly showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the situation.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within the return window with prior approval from our team.

If you prefer a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order to avoid delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

For all approved returns that are not due to a defect or shipping error, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Return Process

Once your request is reviewed by our team and approved, we will provide return instructions along with the correct return address.

Please ensure your package includes proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, and video proof of the damaged item to avoid processing delays.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

A 3% Bank processing fee will be applied to all refunds.

You will get your refund within 10 working days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped.

Once shipped, the order falls under the standard return process.
